The Real Estate group will be by your side through the location process…from the time of locating your site and negotiating your lease.

Construction
Our Construction Department will provide you with a list of approved architects, contractors, manufacturers and vendors during the building of your new space. In addition, they will be available throughout design and construction to answer your questions and advise accordingly.

Training
Atlanta Bread Company® Bread University^TM has a comprehensive, hands-on training curriculum. With extensive initial training sessions followed by continuing educational programs, our Training Department will keep you and your staff up to speed.

Operations
The Operations Department will assist you with opening your Bakery Café according to Atlanta Bread Company System specifications. We provide hands-on start-up support, regular evaluations and ongoing consultations.

Marketing
As stewards of the Atlanta Bread Company brand, the Marketing Department will help you grow and sustain your business by advising you on your marketing strategy, planning and execution. An array of sales-building materials is available for product promotion and program support. Advertising, public relations, creative development and point-of-sale materials are available through our marketing team which consists of brand managers as well as field managers assigned to each store.

Common Commissary/Distribution
Most of your quality products will be prepared to exacting standards at our commissary, and then delivered to your store ready to be prepped and baked. In addition, though a national purchasing plan, we are able to buy inventory in bulk, monitor excess and deliver better value for your dollar.
